Melissa Knowles started her career assisting a mobile game developer with the release of popular games like Call of Duty, Guitar Hero and Marvel content like Spiderman and the Hulk. Next, she moved on to a lead generation company, working in all facets of the business from sales to affiliate marketing to media buying. At the age of 23, she grew company revenue to over half a million dollars a month, giving her the experience and expertise to start her own company, Fresh Spin Ads. Melissa helped create Fresh Spin’s lead management system, supporting the thousands of leads the company generated every day. She also led business development efforts, growing Fresh Spin Ads to a profitable, multimillion-dollar company.
After two years, Melissa teamed up with long-time friend and entrepreneur Joshua Stomel to form Belmont Media, again leading a development team to create an advanced lead management system. Belmont’s LMS supports millions of leads and other companies who use it as an SAAS platform. Belmont Media serves clients in multiple industries, generating thousands of leads every day and growing million-dollar revenues monthly under Melissa’s leadership and consistent attention to client success.

Industry veteran Josh Stomel started his career in the tech industry working for companies like Yahoo and Oversee.net, which led to his first business venture, a recruiting firm for big tech companies called Neo Hire. During this time, Josh also helped expand ResumeBucket.org, an organization supplying resumes to top job sites like Monster and Indeed, monetizing the website through education partners. After selling Neo Hire to Persol, one of the top recruiting companies in the world, he joined Melissa in founding Belmont Media. Josh is responsible for bringing on top clients and helping to establish Belmont’s presence in the education and finance industries. Along with guiding Belmont’s growth, Josh continues his entrepreneurial pursuits and has since founded and sold Turbodebt.com to the largest debt company in the country.
